Our company was founded in 1954 and has been dealing with all forms of civil engineer works along with of electrical installation projects. Electrical installation The first important project was the electrical installation of Drama’s General Hospital in 1955 and since then many have followed and have always been delivered on time and with quality being our main priority. Our ability to deliver bankable and effective products along with the excellent technical skills gives us the opportunity to meet volume targets while driving down costs.
Human Resources
Our disposal dedicated members fully accomplish a quick and correct management of each project. Specifically, the team is currently comprised of 7 civil engineers 5 electrical engineers, 10 junior engineers, 15 experienced site managers and over 120 technicians and workers that can always be increased if the project demands so. In addition, the parent companies provide their personnel with the best equipment for the construction, installation, and testing of every work.
Machinery & Equipment
The company owns: •Vehicles to transport staff and equipment. •Pile drivers (ORTECO) •Soil preparation and landscaping equipment (excavators, loaders, rollers e.t.c.). •Portable storage containers. •Specialized equipment, for use in the installation and testing stages of electrical connections.

Last but not least, Karagiannis Group is certified by TÜV HELLAS with ISO 9001: 2000 / EN ISO 9001: 2000 with certificate reference number 0410011759–Ε9 until 2015 according to standard ISO 9001:2000/EN ISO 9001:2000 with certificate reference number 0410020011759 for the installation, construction and maintenance of civil and E/M works along with installation, construction and maintenance of electrical and photovoltaic works.
